Delivery / Shipping Policy
You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase.
Generally, shipping is handled by a third-party courier. All Products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title to and the risk of loss of such Products passes to you upon our delivery of the Product to the third-party courier.
Return & Refund Policy
While we cannot accept returns, we believe we will make it right. Should you receive butter that is damaged, please email us at email@example.com. Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on butter.
Kindly note that if there are any damaged/missing items in your order, it must be reported within 7 days upon receiving your parcel. We will not be held liable for missing items after 7 days. Please check your parcel upon arrival to ensure everything is in order.
As per the Consumer Protection Act unwanted items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, only if the product and its package and package content are complete and in resalable condition. Unwanted and incorrectly ordered items will be returned to our premises at your expense. You will receive a credit / refund for the items once we receive them and are satisfied, they are in good order.
A 10% handling fee will be charged on unwanted returns. Should you wish we can have the package collected from you with our courier service and the cost will be deducted from your credit / refund. You will not be credited / refunded for the original delivery fee. Returning incorrectly ordered items will follow the same procedures. Products that have been used and cannot be resold are not returnable.
